1. Loading fertilizer
● Use dry, non clumping granular or powdered fertilizers to avoid clogging the spreader.
● Ensure even filling of fertilizers and avoid excessive weight on one side affecting the uniformity of distribution.
2. Start and operation of fertilizer spreader
● Startup steps
Start the tractor and run the spreader at low speed (PTO 540 rpm) to ensure proper operation.
After entering the field, slowly open the fertilizer outlet of the spreader to ensure even application.
Control the spreading effect by adjusting the tractor speed (usually 5-10 km/h).
