Paddy Field Drive Disc Plough User Guide

The paddy Drive disk plow is an efficient tillage tool specifically designed to work wetland paddy fields and sticky soils. The following are detailed instructions and precautions.

1. Preparation before use

Equipment inspection

1. Check disk plow:

- Ensure that the surface of the disc is smooth and free of cracks or deformation.

- Ensure that plow shafts, bearings, suspension components, etc. are securely connected without loosening or excessive wear.

2. Power equipment:

- Ensure that the engine, hydraulic system and transmission system of the driving equipment (such as tractors or specialized machinery) are in good condition.

3. Adjust Settings:

- Adjust the Angle and working depth of the plow disk (generally 10-20 cm), and choose appropriately according to the soil conditions.

- Check that the suspension is fixed and that the plow is stable behind the tractor.

Rice field preparation

1. Clearing the field:

- Remove obstacles in the field (e.g. rocks, large weeds).

2. Water injection wet field:

- Keep the water depth of the field at 3-5 cm, which makes it easier to plow the soil.

2. Procedure

A. Connect disk plows

1. Fixed plow:

- Connect the disc plow to the tractor using the tractor three-point suspension system or other dedicated interface.

- Check whether the hook and pin are tight, and whether the hydraulic system can lift the plow freely.

2. Adjust the Angle:

- Set the tilting Angle and spacing of the plow tray to adapt to field soil conditions.

B. Start farming

1. Start the device:

- Start the tractor or power source and proceed at a low speed to ensure sufficient driving force.

2. Enter the field:

- Gradually lower the plow to allow the disc to enter the soil, while maintaining a certain speed to ensure an even turning effect.

3. Farming method:

- Straight line tillage: Tillage in a straight line along the long side of the field, keeping the tillage path straight.

- Surround tillage: Surround tillage from the outer edge of the field to the inside to avoid duplication or omission.

4. Depth adjustment:

- When encountering hard soil or uneven areas, the depth of the disc is adjusted through the hydraulic system to avoid excessive loss of equipment.

3. Maintenance after use

Cleaning and inspection

1. Cleaning equipment:

- Rinse the disc and frame with water to remove attached dirt and weeds.

2. Lubrication maintenance:

- Apply lubricating oil to plow shafts and bearings to prevent rust.

3. Check the loss:

- Check the edges of the disc for wear or passivation, and sand or replace them if necessary.

Storage equipment

1. Storage location:

- Store the equipment in a dry place to avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or sunlight.

2. Elevated storage:

- If the equipment is connected to a tractor, the plow should be raised off the ground to avoid long-term contact with the disc.

4. Precautions

Safe operation

1. Personal Protection:

- Wear non-slip shoes and gloves when working to prevent slipping or injury.

2. Working environment:

- Ensure that there are no people or livestock in the working area, especially when the tractor is turning.

Suitable condition

1. Soil moisture:

- When using the disk plow, the rice field should be kept moderately wet, too dry may damage the equipment, too wet may affect the operation effect.

2. Cultivation speed:

- Maintain an even tractor speed (3-5 km/h is recommended) to avoid uneven soil turning due to too fast or too slow speed.

Equipment protection

1. Avoid collisions:

- Disk plows are not suitable for direct handling of large stones or metal objects, and fields need to be cleared in advance.

2. Prevent overload:

- Avoid tractor overload, especially in areas of heavy soil.

5. Troubleshoot the fault

Common Problems Causes Solutions
uneven disk soil turning improper adjustment of Angle or depth Adjust the plow disk Angle and suspension height
disk gets stuck or stops moving soil becomes sticky or weeds become entangled clean disk and increase humidity
insufficient tractor power power plant failure or excessive load check the tractor power system and reduce the load
disk wear too fast excessive soil sand content or improper operation slow down and replace disk regularly

Following the above guidelines for operation and maintenance will ensure that **Paddy Field Drive Disc Plough** works efficiently and consistently. For special models or accessories, please refer to the attached device manual or contact the manufacturer's technical support.
