Product Operate Guide
1. Connect tractor
Connect the lawn mower to the rear power output shaft (PTO) of the tractor through a three-point suspension
system, ensuring a secure connection and safety pin insertion.
2. CHECK DEVICE STATUS
Check if the blade is loose or worn.
Check if lubricating oil has been added to the transmission shaft and gearbox.
Ensure that safety shields and barriers are fully installed.
Adjust the homework height to the appropriate position.
3. Start tractor&PTO
Start the tractor at low speed with no load.
Slowly engage the power output shaft to start the swing blade rotating.
Preheat the equipment for a few seconds before starting the task to ensure a stable rotational speed.
4. Start Jobs
Keep moving forward at a steady speed and avoid sudden turns or stops.
When mowing, keep the blade at an appropriate distance from the ground (usually 5-15cm) to prevent the blade from being damaged by hard objects on the ground.
Slow down appropriately when encountering high grass or complex terrain.
5. End homework
Before stopping, turn off the PTO power output.
After lowering the equipment to the ground, turn off the tractor.
Clean the weeds on the swinging knife and check for any loose or damaged parts.
