Product Operate Guide
1. Preparation before startup
Check PTO speed: It is generally recommended to use 540 rpm (some models support 1000 rpm, please refer to the equipment manual for details).
Adjust rotary tillage depth: Set the appropriate tillage depth (usually 12-20cm) according to crop needs through slider adjustment or hydraulic control.
Choose the appropriate homework speed: too fast may lead to incomplete soil plowing, while too slow may affect work efficiency.
2. Start homework
Start the PTO in low gear and slowly lower the rotary tiller until the blades gradually touch the ground.
Keep moving forward at a steady speed, avoid sharp turns or sudden acceleration to prevent equipment damage.
When encountering harder soil or stones, the speed should be reduced and the depth of rotary tillage should be adjusted appropriately.
During continuous operation, stop the machine every 1-2 hours to check the temperature and lubrication of the blades and gearbox.
3. After the homework is completed
Turn off the PTO and lift the rotary tiller to lift the blades off the ground.
Gradually reduce the engine speed, then turn off the engine and disconnect the PTO drive shaft connection.
Remove dirt and weeds from the blades and body to prevent rusting and accumulation.
