Product Introduction
AGF side mounted weeding machine (such as AGF160, AGF180, etc.) is a heavy-duty grass crushing equipment designed specifically for agriculture and orchards. It uses hydraulic drive or PTO (power output shaft) to connect the tractor and is suitable for weed cleaning, straw crushing and returning operations
Key Features:
Side hanging structure: installed at the rear of the tractor, it can be moved left and right through hydraulic control, making it convenient to work close to the edge of the road, embankment or wall.
Hydraulic flipping: The lawn mower arm can flip up and down, tilt, and adapt to different slopes and irregular terrain, especially suitable for slope and ditch operations.
Mowing with a swinging blade: The blade adopts a swinging blade design, which can automatically avoid stones during mowing, with high safety and a crushing effect on grass.
Strong adaptability: It can be used with tractors of around 30-100 horsepower, with low power consumption and high operational efficiency.
Multi functional application: Not only can it mow grass, but it can also crush straw and weeds. Some models can be used as auxiliary agricultural straw returning machines.

● The Verge Flail Mowers are flail mowers with hydraulic arm for clearing larger, wider areas,roadsides verges, orchards and various inclining and declining land surfaces;
●Specially designed for universal use the head of the mower can be operated in line with the tractor or offset for verge maintenance and field boundaries
Product Operate Guide
1. Installation connection
Connect the lawn mower to the rear of the tractor using a three-point suspension system.
Connect the PTO drive shaft and ensure it is securely fixed.
Connect the hydraulic oil pipe and check if it is functioning properly.
2. Pre startup inspection
Ensure that all bolts are tightened and the blades are intact.
Observe if there are any leaks in the hydraulic system and if the lubrication components are functioning properly.
3. Start Jobs
Start the tractor and slowly increase the PTO speed to 540 RPM.
By adjusting the position of the lawn mower through the hydraulic control lever, it can be moved sideways or flipped to adapt to the terrain.
Drive the tractor smoothly for mowing, avoiding sharp turns or high-speed operations.
4. End-of-job
Turn off the PTO and lower the lawn mower to a safe position.
Clean the grass debris on the machinery and check the wear of the blades.
Store in a dry place, avoiding rain and rust.
