Product Operate Guide
• After each shift, the connecting bolts should be checked and tightened, and vulnerable parts such as bending knives, locking pins, and split pins should be inspected for defects and replaced if necessary. Check if the gearbox, universal joints, and bearings are short of oil, and replenish them immediately if necessary.
• After completing each homework quarter, the mud, dust, and oil stains on the equipment should be thoroughly removed, lubricating oil and grease should be replaced, and the blades should be checked for excessive wear and replaced if necessary. Check for any deformation in the hood, trailer, etc., restore them to their original shape or replace them with new ones.
