Rotary tiller test 


1. Preparation before test 
Choose a test date: 
     The weather is nice and sunny, perfect for testing. 
Site preparation:
    A piece of land in front of the factory is covered with weeds, which can reflect the actual working effect of the rotary tiller. 
Equipment inspection: 
     Make sure the rotary tiller is in good working condition, including oil level, blade sharpness, etc. 
2. Rotary tiller settings 
Adjust the depth of rotary tillage: 
    Adjust the depth of rotary tillage according to soil type and crop planting needs. 
Set the rotary tillage width: 
    Set the appropriate rotary tillage width according to the specifications and test requirements of the rotary tillage machine. 
3. Safety training 
Operator training: 
     Make sure all operators are trained safely in rototiller operation. 
Safety signs: 
    Set up obvious safety signs in the test area to prevent non-testers from entering. 
4. Test execution 
Record the initial state: 
     record the state of the land before rotary tillage, including soil type, vegetation conditions, etc. 
Start rotary tillage: 
    Start rotary tillage operation according to the predetermined process, and record various parameters during the rotary tillage process. 
5. Data collection 
Performance data: 
    Collect data on the rotary tiller's working efficiency, energy consumption, blade wear and other data. 
Soil samples: 
    Collect soil samples before and after rotary tillage to analyze changes in soil structure and composition.
