1、 Installation and preparation
1. Connect tractor:
*Connect the lawn mower using the standard three-point suspension system (Category I or II).
*Ensure that the lower and upper connecting rods are securely fixed and the machine is level.
2. PTO power output:
*Confirm that the PTO speed of the tractor is 540 rpm.
*Check that the length of the universal drive shaft is appropriate and the joint lubrication is good.
3. Security check:
*Check if the blade is worn or loose.
*Ensure that the protective chain and cover are intact and undamaged.
2、 Homework operation
1. Before startup:
*Lay the lawn mower flat on the ground to ensure that no one approaches the equipment.
*Start the PTO at low speed to gradually reach the working speed of the cutterhead.
2. Homework height:
The mowing height is usually set at 5-15 centimeters (adjustable according to terrain and grass density).
3. Driving speed:
Generally maintain a speed of 4-8 kilometers per hour to ensure even and unobstructed mowing.
4. Obstacle avoidance handling:
When encountering rocks, tree roots, or potholes, the lawn mower should be lifted in advance to avoid blade damage.
3、 Post homework maintenance
1. Turn off the PTO and turn off the engine before cleaning and inspecting.
2. Remove the remaining grass and soil at the bottom of the cutterhead to prevent rusting.
3. Regularly lubricate the transmission shaft, gearbox, and suspension contacts.
4. Check the bolt fastening, blade sharpness, and oil seal leakage.

*Operate only on flat and safe surfaces.
