User Guide
Heavy-duty 16HP tracked slope mower
Read this guide fully before operation. Do not stand directly in front of the machine on slopes. Stay at least 10m away and operate only within line of sight of the mower.
Wear safety goggles, anti-slip gloves and closed non-slip footwear. Avoid loose clothing that may catch blades.
Clear the working area of stones, metal scraps, wires and branches before mowing to prevent blade damage and flying debris.
Do NOT operate in heavy rain, flooded or muddy ground. Water will damage generator, battery and transmission components.
Press the emergency stop button immediately once abnormal conditions occur. The engine and blades will stop right away.
Keep children, livestock and bystanders far away from the working zone.
Check gasoline level (92# /95# unleaded petrol only), engine oil level.
Check battery terminals, track tension, blade fastening status.
Confirm the emergency stop knob is reset.
Turn on the main power switch of the machine. Power on the remote controller and wait for signal pairing. Effective remote distance: up to 500m (line of sight).
Adjust throttle properly, turn the start key to ignite the Loncin engine.
Adjust cutting height electrically from 1cm to 20cm via remote according to grass condition.
Control forward/reverse/turning, switch high/low speed. Travel speed range: 0–4 km/h.
After finishing work: stop the blades first, drive the mower to flat ground, idle for 30 seconds, shut down engine and cut off main power.
Max climbing angle: 50°. Mow horizontally along the slope contour line instead of straight up and down.
Slow down when turning on slopes; avoid sharp sudden turns.
If slipping happens, release forward throttle immediately and back slowly to flat ground.
After each use: Clean grass residue and mud from tracks, cutter deck and air filter.
Every 10 working hours: Inspect air filter, check blade tightness and track tension.
First engine oil change: after 15 working hours. Subsequent oil change: every 50 working hours.
Spark plug: inspect & clean every 30 working hours, replace every 100 hours.
Batteries: Check terminals regularly, avoid deep discharge.
Drain gasoline from fuel tank and carburetor if stored long term.
Fully charge batteries before storage; recharge once every 3 months.
Clean the whole machine, store in dry, ventilated room away from frost and direct sunlight.
Remove batteries from remote controller.

A: The 800 model is heavy-duty upgraded version. It has 16HP Loncin engine, 800mm cutting width (vs 550mm), dual power generation system, split transmission, larger 9L fuel tank, higher working efficiency up to 3200㎡/h, and electric start as standard. Q2: How steep slope can this mower work?
A: Max climbing angle is 50 degrees. We strongly recommend mowing horizontally along contour lines for safety. Do not drive straight up and down steep slopes.
