1、 Pre homework inspection
Fuel and oil: Check if there is sufficient diesel and if the oil level is within the normal range.
Cooling system: Check the water level in the water tank to prevent engine overheating.
Hydraulic system: The hydraulic oil is sufficient and there is no oil leakage.
Tires and walking devices: Check tire pressure to ensure there is no damage or looseness.
Hanging agricultural tools: three-point suspension, firmly connected power output shaft (PTO), and complete safety pins.
2、 Startup and Homework
Engine start
Place the gear lever in neutral, press the clutch, and turn the key to start.
Run at idle for 2-3 minutes, wait for the engine temperature to stabilize before starting work.
Driving and gear shifting
Orchard operations generally use low-speed gear, and high-speed gear can be engaged during transportation.
Reduce speed when turning to avoid crushing the roots of fruit trees.
Hydraulic and PTO operation
Operate the hydraulic handle to lift and lower agricultural tools as needed.
Before using the PTO, reduce the speed first and then close the PTO switch to ensure smooth operation of the agricultural machinery.
Key points of the assignment
Keep moving forward at a constant speed and avoid sudden braking or sharp turns.
Pay attention to the height and width of the orchard planting area to avoid damaging the branches and leaves.
When working under high load for a long time, pay attention to observing the engine temperature gauge.
