This is professional slope mowing equipment. NOT for children to operate. Never start engine indoors, exhaust gas can cause poisoning. When working on slopes, operator must stay on the safe side at the top of slope, never stand downhill of the machine. Press emergency stop immediately in danger.
Fuel & Oil: Use 92# or higher unleaded gasoline. Check engine oil level by dipstick. Oil capacity:1.6L /2.4L. Do NOT start with insufficient oil. Fuel tank:12L, do not overfill.
Battery: Confirm 2pcs 20.5A 24V Chaowei battery + starter battery well connected, no leakage. Check remote controller battery.
Mechanical parts
Track: 41 widened engineering rubber track. Standard tension: sag 30–50mm. Clear stones and grass stuck in tracks.
Blades: Check blade bolts tight; replace cracked or bent blades.
Fasteners: Check all bolts of engine, cutting deck and gearbox.
Site check: Remove stones, stumps, wire and debris. Do NOT work in heavy rain, strong wind, fog. Avoid extremely muddy ground to prevent rollover.
Turn on main power switch on machine, power on remote controller. A “beep” sound means pairing successful. Max remote distance: 500m, obstacles reduce signal range.
Make sure cutting blade clutch is OFF. Adjust manual throttle to medium-low position.
Electric start: Press start button, each start ≤3–4 seconds. Wait 10 seconds before retry if failed.
After engine starts, idle for 2–3 minutes for warm-up. Adjust throttle properly. The built-in 2500W generator charges 24V battery pack automatically.
Remote controller functions
Left & right joystick: forward, backward, turn left / right
High / low speed switch: travel speed 0–6km/h
Deck lift button: electric cutting height adjustment from 1cm–20cm
Blade clutch switch: turn blades ON / OFF
Red emergency stop button: cut all power immediately
Slope limit: Max climbing 60°. Work along contour line is recommended. Avoid long cross-slope travel. Reduce speed on steep slopes.
Mowing tips: Use low speed for thick weeds, mow back and forth in several passes, avoid overloading. Suitable for orchard, solar farm, embankment.
Hybrid system: Gasoline engine runs to generate electricity for drive motors & control system. Batteries provide peak power. No external charging required when fuel is available.
Signal: Keep machine within line of sight. The machine will auto-stop once signal lost.
Heat protection: After 1 hour heavy work, idle for cooling, clean grass debris on air filter.
Disengage blade clutch, wait blades fully stop
Turn throttle to idle, idle 30s for cooling
Turn off engine, then main power and remote controller
Do NOT refuel when engine is hot.
