Only trained operators are allowed to drive the tractor. Read all instructions before operation.
Wear suitable work clothes, non-slip safety shoes. Do not wear loose clothing to avoid winding by rotating parts.
Check the tractor fully before starting each shift: engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, tire pressure, bolt tightness.
Do not carry passengers. This tractor is designed for single operator only.
Stop the engine and pull down hand brake before maintenance, inspection or replacing attachments.
Do not operate on steep slopes over 15°. Avoid sharp turning on slopes to prevent rollover.
Keep hands and body away from PTO shaft, connecting rods and hydraulic moving components during working.
Strictly follow Stage IV engine maintenance requirements to avoid emission system damage.
Engine oil level
Radiator coolant volume
Fuel quantity
Hydraulic oil level
Front & rear tire pressure and tyre damage
All light systems
Steering flexibility and brake performance
3-point linkage, PTO shaft for abnormal wear
Confirm no foreign objects around the chassis
Sit firmly on the operator seat, engage parking brake.
Put gear lever into neutral position; disengage PTO switch.
Turn ignition key to preheat position (for cold weather).
Turn key to start the engine. Do not hold starter for more than 10 seconds at one time.
After startup, keep idling for 3–5 minutes for warm-up. Check abnormal noise, oil pressure indicator.
Lower all mounted farm implements to the ground.
Shift to neutral gear, disengage PTO.
Keep engine idling for 2–3 minutes.
Turn ignition key off, pull up parking brake.
Control lever lifts and lowers rear mounted implements (mower, sprayer, plough etc).
Adjust lifting height and drop speed according to your farming needs.
Do not stand under suspended attachments at any time.
Only engage PTO when engine runs at low idle speed.
Disconnect PTO when you do not use driven implements.
Match working speed with your farm tools.
Check brake clearance
Lubricate steering joint, linkage pin points
Inspect tire wear
Replace engine oil & oil filter
Check hydraulic oil quality
Inspect clutch and brake system
Replace hydraulic oil & filter element
Full inspection of transmission system
Professional maintenance for Stage IV emission system
Notice: Use recommended lubricants and diesel fuel to comply with Stage IV emission standard.
Engine fails to start
→ Check fuel supply, battery power, neutral gear lock, preheating system
Weak hydraulic lifting
→ Insufficient hydraulic oil / blocked filter / oil leakage
PTO no power output
→ Check PTO control switch, clutch clearance
Difficult steering
→ Check tire pressure, steering lubrication, lack of steering oil
Clean whole machine, wash mud and plant residues.
Fill up fuel tank, protect against rust.
Disconnect battery cable.
Park on flat dry ground, raise tires off wet soil.
Cover with waterproof tarpaulin.
Commercial Vineyards
Grape farm tillage, weeding, spraying and grape box transportation between vine lines
Fruit Orchards
Citrus, cherry, apple, peach, pear and walnut orchards; avoid branch damage with high ground clearance design
Berry Plantations
Blueberry, kiwi and raspberry farms with narrow planting rows
Plant Nurseries & Horticultural Gardens
Seedling cultivation, garden maintenance and soil management
Small Family Farms
Multi-purpose farm work: ploughing, mowing, fertilizing and short-distance transport
