Our hybrid gasoline-electric tracked remote lawn mower is built for tough, sloped, hard-to-reach terrain including hillsides, orchards, river embankments, photovoltaic stations and green land maintenance. It eliminates the risk of manual operation on steep slopes and delivers stable, high-efficiency grass cutting performance.
Powered by a hybrid dual system with optional 13HP or 25HP gasoline engines, fitted with a built-in 2500W self-generator and dual 1000W split transmission drive motors. The machine charges batteries automatically while working, breaking the runtime limit of pure electric mowers.
The cutting width reaches 1000mm, with hydraulic adjustable cutting height from 1cm to 28cm. It adopts heavy-duty 37-size engineering rubber tracks, supporting a maximum climbing angle of 50 degrees. With a 500-meter remote control range and high/low speed switch, operators can safely control the machine away from dangerous slopes.
Working efficiency up to 6000 m² per hour, travel speed adjustable from 0-6 km/h. Equipped with Chaowei batteries and electric start for easy startup. Compact structure, solid construction, stable performance and easy maintenance.
✅ Gasoline-electric hybrid self-charging system, non-stop operation
✅ 50° strong climbing capacity, perfect for hills & slopes
✅ 1000mm wide cutting deck, hydraulic height adjustment 1–28 cm
✅ 500m long-distance remote control, high & low speed optional
✅ Heavy-duty rubber track chassis, excellent grip on uneven ground
✅ High working efficiency up to 6000㎡/h, suitable for commercial greening, orchard, slope weeding
This hybrid gasoline-electric tracked remote mower is specially built for high-risk, hard-to-access sloped and rough terrain, widely used for vegetation management in the following areas:
Solar / PV Power StationsWeed trimming under solar panels, prevent weeds from shading panels and fire risks, protect buried cables and supports.
Orchards & VineyardsInter-row weeding for fruit orchards, vineyards, olive groves and tea plantations. Low-profile design avoids damaging trunks and root systems.
Highway, Railway & Road EmbankmentsSlope green maintenance for roadside verges, cut grass on steep embankments safely without workers climbing dangerous slopes.
River Banks, Dams & Reservoir LeveesGrass clearing on river revetments, dams and drainage ditches, suitable for humid, slippery bank terrain.
Municipal Greening, Parks & Scenic SpotsMountain parks, scenic hillsides, large resorts, cemetery green belts and uneven landscape zones.
Industrial Zones, Airports & SubstationsPerimeter green belts of factories, airports, transformer substations and pipeline corridors.
Hillside, Wasteland & Mountainous LandWild hills, barren slopes, woodland undergrowth, reclamation land and fire prevention zones.
Large Private Estates & PasturesLarge ranches, pasture land and private villa complex green maintenance.
Selling point summary:Operate remotely from up to 500m away. No need for workers to stand on steep slopes, greatly reduce safety accidents. 50° climbing capacity, hybrid power for long continuous working time.
Technical Parameters

Check fuel level, engine oil level and battery connection.
Inspect rubber tracks: adjust tension, check for cuts or stuck stones.
Check blades: tight and sharp, no bending or crack.
Test remote controller on flat ground first: forward, backward, turn, lift cutter, speed switch.
Clear the working area: remove rocks, thick branches, wires that may wrap the cutter.
Check weather: Do NOT work in heavy rain, thunderstorm or strong wind.
Turn on the remote first, then start the engine by electric start.
Let the engine idle for 2–3 minutes for warming up.
Adjust cutting height via hydraulic lifting to target height (1–28cm).
Select high/low speed mode: low speed for steep slopes, high speed for flat land.
Control the mower slowly on slopes: move along contour lines, avoid transverse sharp turning on steep hills.
Stop cutting first before turning or reversing on slopes.
After finishing work: turn off cutter, idle engine for 1–2 minutes, then shut down the engine.
Do not stand below the slope when the machine is working uphill.
Keep a safe distance, never put hands or feet near rotating blades.
No passengers on the mower.
Strictly follow the 50° climbing limit. Wet grass reduces traction greatly.
If the cutter is blocked, cut power and stop engine completely before cleaning.
First engine oil change after 15–20 working hours; change oil every 70–100 hours later.
Clean air filter regularly, replace if blocked.
Clean grass residue on cutter deck and tracks after every use.
Check track tension and bearing lubrication periodically.
For long time storage: drain fuel, keep battery half charged, store in dry and ventilated place.
Sharpen blades regularly to keep cutting efficiency.
No remote response: Check remote battery, power switch of receiver, signal interference.
Weak climbing power: Check battery voltage, track tension, engine oil and air filter.
Abnormal vibration & noise: Check loose blade screws, stuck debris, damaged bearing.
Cannot lift cutter: Check hydraulic oil and hydraulic circuit.

Q1: What is the maximum climbing angle of this mower?
A1: Rated climbing capacity is up to 50 degrees. Please do NOT operate on slopes steeper than 50°, and avoid wet, slippery slopes.
Q2: What is the effective remote control distance?
A2: 500 meters in open areas. Obstacles like trees, ridges and buildings will shorten the remote range.
Q3: How does the hybrid gasoline-electric system work?
A3: The gasoline engine drives the built-in 2500W generator to charge the 24V batteries while working. It will not stop due to low battery like pure electric mowers.
Q4: What cutting height can I adjust?
A4: Hydraulic lifting adjustment from 1cm to 28cm, easy to switch on the remote.
Q5: What engine options are available?
A5: 13HP and 25HP versions, engine brands: Kaiyuelin / Changchai / Kepu.
Q6: What is the working efficiency?
A6: Up to 6000 m² per hour, travel speed 0–6 km/h with high/low speed mode.
Q7: Can it work for orchards, photovoltaic power stations and river embankments?
A7: Yes, it is specially designed for slope weeding, hillside, orchard, PV station, roadside green belt and river bank maintenance.
Q8: What fuel does it use?
A8: Ordinary gasoline. Fuel tank capacity: 5.5L. Max fuel consumption: 2L/h (13HP) / 3.8L/h (25HP).
Q9: What is the warranty?
A9: 12-month warranty for main engine and core parts (excluding wearing parts: blade, track, belt, battery).
Q10: What if the machine loses remote signal suddenly?
A10: It has safety protection. When signal lost, the cutter will stop and the machine will slow down. Move to open area to reconnect.
A: GLD-52DH supports satellite navigation and automatic path planning, while GLD-52YK is a remote control only model. Both share the same cutting width, power, and battery specifications.
A: The remote control distance is up to 100 meters in an open environment.
A: Yes, the machine has a climbing ability of ≥ 20°, making it suitable for sloped lawns.
A: The cutting height is adjustable from 2cm to 10cm.
