Never start the engine indoors or in enclosed spaces. Exhaust gas is toxic. Stay on flat ground for remote operation. Do not stand downhill facing the machine.
Clear stones, wires, branches and debris from the working area before mowing to avoid blade jamming and flying debris.
Keep hands and body away from rotating blades, tracks and hot engine parts during operation. Always shut down and activate emergency stop before cleaning or maintenance.
Max climbing angle is 50°. Work sideways on slopes instead of going straight up and down. Reduce working angle on muddy slippery slopes.
Light rain is acceptable, but heavy rain and deep water immersion are forbidden, which will damage motors and controllers.
Pre-check: Fuel (92# unleaded gasoline), engine oil level, battery power, track tension and blade tightness.
Turn on main power switch on the machine, wait for self-check. Power on the remote controller and wait for pairing confirmation.
Engine start: Adjust throttle via remote, trigger electric start. Use choke for cold start, close choke after starting.
Test function: Adjust cutting height from 1cm–28cm by hydraulic lifting, switch high/low speed. Test travel and cutting function before formal mowing.
Mowing: Drive slowly. Reduce travel speed for thick grass and brush. Adjust throttle remotely as needed.
Lift the cutter deck and stop cutting, drive the mower to flat safe ground.
Reduce throttle to idle for 30 seconds for cooling, then shut off engine.
Press emergency stop button, cut off main power, turn off remote controller.
After each use: Clean grass and mud on cutter head and tracks; inspect blades.
Every 20 working hours: Check engine oil, air filter and spark plug.
Every 50 working hours: Adjust track tension, tighten bolts, inspect hydraulic hoses and lubricate transmission parts.
Long-term storage: Drain fuel, remove batteries and store separately in dry place.
Recommended oil: SAE 10W-30.
Q1: Can the remote reach 500 meters?
A: Up to 500m on open ground without obstacles. Trees, hills and high-voltage lines will shorten the signal range. Always keep the machine in sight.
Q2: What is hybrid gasoline-electric system? Do I need external charging?
A: The 13HP engine drives a built-in 2500W generator to charge the 24V batteries automatically during operation. No external charging required for normal continuous work. Fully charge batteries before long storage.
Q3: Can it work freely on 50° slopes?
A: 50° is the maximum rated climbing capacity. We recommend working on slopes ≤40°. Reduce angle further on wet or overgrown slopes and mow sideways to prevent tipping.
Q4: Why the engine fails to start?
A: Check fuel quantity & fuel quality, starter battery voltage, emergency stop reset status, choke position and spark plug condition.
Q5: Hydraulic cutting height adjustment does not respond?
A: Check for stuck obstacles under cutter deck; low battery voltage causes weak lifting. Power cycle the whole system and retry.
Q6: What is the fuel consumption?
A: Max fuel consumption is 2L/h. Consumption is lower for thin grass and higher on steep slopes or thick brush.
Q7: Are spare parts available?
A: Blades, belts, tracks, motors, spark plugs and all wearing parts are in stock. We supply spare parts and send replacement tutorial videos.
Q8: Can I use it in rain?
A: Short operation in light rain is allowed. Heavy rain and standing water are prohibited to avoid electric component burnout.
Q9: How long is the service life of the batteries?
A: Around 2–3 years under proper maintenance. Charge batteries once a month during storage to avoid damage from over-discharge.
Q10: Can it cut thick bushes and small trees?
A: Suitable for weeds, vines and thin soft brush. Hard thick branches will jam the blade and are not recommended.
