I. Preparation
inspect equipment
Check whether the fuel, engine oil, hydraulic oil, and coolant are sufficient;
Check whether the rotary tiller blades are damaged or loose;
Check the tension of the track to prevent derailment during operation;
Check whether the electrical wiring and control system are normal.
Connect the rotary tiller implement
Connect the rotary tiller to the caterpillar chassis through a three-point suspension system;
Connect the power take-off (PTO);
Check and secure all connection points to ensure safety and stability.
II. Operation
Start the engine
Start the ignition normally according to the instructions;
Warm up the machine in place for 3~5 minutes to ensure normal oil and water temperatures.
Set job parameters
Adjust the rotary tilling depth and tilling width according to the operational requirements;
Select the appropriate PTO speed (such as 540 rpm or 1000 rpm) based on soil conditions.
Start Jobs
Progress slowly and gradually enter the working state;
Maintain straight and uniform driving, and avoid frequent turning;
Observe the tillage width, depth, and soil tillage effect at any time;
Avoid sudden braking when operating in wetlands to prevent the tracks from slipping or the vehicle from getting stuck.

Turn off the rotary tilling function
Stop PTO power output;
Lift the rotary tiller and exit the working area.
Parking and stalling
Choose a flat and solid ground for parking;
Idle for a few minutes to cool down before turning off the engine;
Remove the key after the engine stops, and turn off the power.
Cleaning and maintenance
Remove soil and residual crops from the machine body;
Check and clean the objects entangled around the blade;
Replenish the grease in the lubrication areas;
Store in a dry and ventilated place, and ensure proper rust prevention measures are taken.
