Inspect the site: Remove stones, iron bars, branches and hard debris from the working area to avoid blade damage.
Check fuel level, engine oil level, battery connection and track tension.
Test the remote controller: Confirm emergency stop, forward/backward, steering, speed shift and hydraulic lifting functions respond normally.
Check signal: Test remote signal connection before going onto steep slopes. Keep the remote within 500m range and maintain line of sight.
Turn on the main power switch of the machine, then power on the remote controller.
Start the engine by electric start. Adjust throttle to proper working speed.
Use hydraulic control to set your target cutting height (1–28cm).
Control travel direction and speed via remote; switch high/low speed according to terrain.
Start mowing. Do not make sharp turns on steep slopes. Move slowly up and down slopes.
After finishing work: Lower the cutter head, idle the engine for 2–3 minutes then shut down. Cut off main power.
Clean grass residue from flail blades, tracks and radiator after every use.
Replace engine oil and filter following the maintenance cycle.
Do not operate on slopes exceeding 50 degrees.
Do not work in heavy rain, thunderstorm or extremely slippery ground.
Always press emergency stop button immediately when abnormal vibration, strange noise or jamming occurs.
Keep hands, feet and clothes away from rotating flail blades at all times.
Q1: What is the maximum slope this mower can work on safely?
A: Rated climbing capacity is 50 degrees. We suggest working below 45° for long-term stable operation. Do not use on wet, muddy slopes close to the limit.
Q2: How far can the remote control reach?
A: Up to 500 meters under open line-of-sight conditions. Buildings, dense trees and hills will reduce effective distance. Always keep visual contact with the machine.
Q3: What is the advantage of hybrid gasoline-electric system?
A: The gasoline engine drives the built-in generator to supply power for drive motors and charge batteries automatically. No external charging is needed during field operation. It combines strong cutting power and flexible electric remote control.
Q4: Can it cut thick brush and small saplings?
A: It is designed for grass, weeds and thin soft brush. It is not suitable for thick woody branches with large diameter.
Q5: What is the difference between 13HP and 25HP version?
A: 25HP has higher cutting torque, larger oil capacity and higher fuel consumption, suitable for heavy weed and continuous long-hour work. 13HP fits regular lawn and light weed maintenance.
Q6: Is it hard to learn to operate?
