Suitable for this 48V60A tracked remote lawn mower
Read all instructions before operation. Do NOT operate on slopes over 35°, in heavy rain, thunderstorm or flooded ground.
Keep hands, feet and clothing away from the rotating cutting blade.
Keep bystanders, kids and pets at least 10m away from the working area.
Always power off and disconnect the battery before cleaning, checking or repairing the machine.
This is electric equipment; do not spray high-pressure water directly onto motors, controller and battery.
Check battery level on the dedicated display, ensure sufficient power.
Check rubber tracks: remove tangled grass, stones and mud, confirm tracks are intact.
Check cutter blade: no bending, cracking or stuck debris.
Test remote control: confirm normal signal reception, antenna fully extended.
Turn on the main power switch of the mower. Wait 3–5 seconds for system initialization.
Power on the remote controller, wait for pairing automatically.
After successful pairing, the indicator keeps steady. If pairing fails, power off both units and restart.
Cutting height adjustment: Electrically adjust the cutting height between 1cm–15cm as needed.
Speed switch: Toggle high/low speed on remote. Travel speed range: 0–6km/h.
Drive control: Joystick controls forward, backward, left & right turning.
Start cutting deck: Activate the brushless cutting motor, then drive the machine to start mowing.
Slope operation: Work slowly on slopes, avoid sharp turning on steep terrain. Do not stay at the slope bottom for long.
Stop the cutter head first, then drive the machine to flat ground.
Cut off the cutting motor, turn off remote, then turn off main power of mower.
Clean grass residue on cutter, chassis and tracks with brush or low-pressure water.
Charge the battery after work: it takes 2 hours to reach 80% charge. Store battery in cool dry place.
Regularly check bolts, wiring, blade wear. Sharpen or replace blades when blunt.
Store in dry, ventilated shelter. Keep away from direct sunlight, rain and corrosive substances. If not used for a long time, charge the LiFePO4 battery every 30 days.
A: Approx. 3 hours continuous mowing. Actual runtime depends on grass thickness, slope angle and working speed. Heavy brush & steep slopes consume more power.
A: Rated climbing capacity is 35°. We do NOT recommend working on slopes steeper than this for safety.
A: 500m in open barrier-free space. Buildings, trees, metal obstacles and electromagnetic interference will shorten the remote range.
A: ① Uneven track tension, adjust the track; ② Grass or stones wrapped on one side of track roller; ③ One drive motor works abnormally. Shut down and inspect.
A: ① Blade stuck by thick branches, weeds; power off and clear blockage; ② Low battery voltage; ③ Loose wiring of cutting motor.
A: Check if foreign objects jam the lifting mechanism. Restart the machine and remote to retry. If still invalid, check the wiring of electric actuator.
