The solar farm requires low‑height, stone‑free mowing to avoid damaging panels, and operators are not allowed to go under the panels.

The customer had previously tested a European‑brand remote‑controlled mower priced at over €12,000. They discovered the RM20 via YouTube and focused on these features:
